DR. YADIEL A. ALAMEDA

CEO

Dr. Alameda is an Otolaryngologist (ear, nose, throat) with over seven years’ experience. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico Medical School and completed his residency at Sarasota Medical Hospital. He is a U.S. Board Certified Doctor and member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology: Head and Neck Surgery. He has a number of publications in journals that include Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery; Official Journal of American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Alameda is a well-respected member of the Puerto Rico medical community. He brings in-depth knowledge of the problems faced by doctors and patients with the Puerto Rico medical delivery services model.

MARICÉ PACHECO

PRESIDENT

Ms. Pacheco possesses over 10 years’ experience in the medical industry with emphasis on medical services and administration. As a managing partner at Northshore Orthopedic, LLC, Ms. Pacheco developed an in-depth knowledge of the problems faced by doctors and patients with Puerto Rico’s medical delivery system. Ms. Pacheco was responsible for overseeing the efficient administration and management of this orthopedic practice. Her responsibilities included arranging and negotiating hospital contracts for surgeries conducted by the clinic. She instituted best practices for medical billing between patients, the clinic and insurers. In addition, Ms. Pacheco served as the clinic’s intermediary between doctors, technicians and patients to ensure a consistent and high level of medical service. Ms. Pacheco is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico where she obtained her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology.

JOSÉ “PEPI” SUÁREZ COLÓN

Mr. Suarez is a founding partner of the highly successful insurance brokerage firm Lighthouse Insurance Group, Inc. Mr. Suarez is recognized as one of the leading Retail & Wholesale insurance brokers in Puerto Rico, Latin America and the Caribbean. His prior experience includes working with large insurance firms including Marsh Inc., and collaborations with Aon Benfield Re, RKH London and Willis Re. He developed expertise in variety of insurance fields including but not limited to Property, Casualty, Managed Life and Health Benefits. Having originally started his career as a medical doctor, Pepi possesses a unique combination of knowledge in medicine, medical insurance and general business operating experience.
